지인이 삽겹살 맛있는 집이 있다고 가자고 하더군요.
시간이 나지 않아 차일피일 미루다가
다녀 왔습니다.
대구공전 근처라는 말은 들었고,
제가 정확한 위치를 모르는지라
제 차로 지인의 안내로 운전하여 갔습니다.

저의 본가라 찾아가기는 쉬었는데...
어라.
여긴
바로 저의 본가와 아주 가까운 곳이더군요.
어리때 부터 왔다갔다 하면서
많이 보던 가게입니다.
들어가서
주문하고 먹었습니다.
우선 국내산으로
냉동이 전혀 되지 않았고,
고기는 소량씩 떼어놓아서
육질이 좋더군요.
지인과 사장님은 어릴적 부터 친구였다고 합니다.
그래서 이래저래 설명을 들을 수가 있었습니다.
방문 했던때가
아프리카 돼지열병이 막 경기도 지방에 전염이 될때 이고요.
그래서 조금 걱정을 하더군요.
다음날부터 이틀간 도축을 안해서
걱정을 하시던데....
정말 맛있었습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 옛날추억이 생각나는 장소였습니다. 돼지고기를 주문해서 먹었는데 고기가 두껍지 않으면서 아주 먹음직스럽게 보였고 실제로 아주 졸깃졸깃 맛이 있었습니다. 담에도 다시 한번더 가고 싶은 장소였습니다
