★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처갓집 근처에 있는 한우집인데 정육식당 형태입니다. 한쪽에서 고기를 정육점에서 고르듯이 골라서 반대쪽에 마련된 식당에서 바로 참숯에 구어 먹을 수 있습니다.
사장님이 엄청 젊고 잠깐의 대화였지만 고기와 식재료 하나하나에 엄청 전문적이면서 정성을 들인다는 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다.
식당 공간이 파티션 형태로 분리가능하여 코시국에 방문하기에도 부담이 적었습니다.
가장 중요한 고기의 맛은 별 5개로 부족할 정도로 정말 맛있었습니다.
5인 한우 식사치고 가격도 저렴하여 정말 오랜만에 한우로 배를 가득 채우고 왔습니다.
그리고 꼭 후식으로 된장찌개를 드셔보세요. 배가 불렀음에도 불구하고 공기밥 한그릇 뚝딱 할 수 있을 정도로 맛있습니다.
주변에 방문 계획이시면 꼭 방문 해보시는걸 추천드립니다. 강력 추천 합니다!!
It's a Korean beef restaurant near my wife's house, but it's a butcher's restaurant. You can select meat on one side as if you were picking it up at a butcher's shop and grill it directly over charcoal at the restaurant on the other side.
Although the owner was very young and had a brief conversation, I could feel that he was very professional and puts great effort into every piece of meat and ingredients.
Since the dining area can be separated in the form of a partition, it was less burdensome to visit Kosi-guk.
Most importantly, the taste of the meat was so good that 5 stars was not enough.
It's been a really long time since I've filled my stomach with Korean beef since it's cheap for a meal of Korean beef for 5 people.
And be sure to try the soybean paste stew for dessert. It is so delicious that you can eat a bowl of rice in one quick bite, even when you are full.
If you are planning to visit the surrounding area, we recommend that you visit by all means. Highly recommended!!
