★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 누룽지 삼계탕을 먹으러 대전 송강동 본가 장수촌을 찾았다. 한마리 39000원으로 두사람 먹기에는 양이 많은편이고, 메밀면을 시켜 먹고 3~4인이 누룽지삼계탕 하나시켜 먹으면 될듯 한데, 닭고기도 맛있고 누룽지탕도 좋았다.

At 39,000 won per head, it is a lot to eat for two people, and it seems like it would be good to order buckwheat noodles and eat it for 3 or 4 people, but the chicken was delicious and the noodles were good.

오리백숙이 고기는 맛있지만 닭백숙이 더 부드럽다.
오리백숙을 먹으려면 한시간 전에는 주문해야한다.
근데 누룽지백숙은 고기보다 죽이 훨씬 맛있다~~
반찬으로 나오는 김치류도 엄청 잘 어울리니 맛보시라.
둘이서 먹기에는 너무 많아서 죽을 포장해 갔는데 하루지나서 먹어도 맛있었다^^

Duck baeksuk is delicious, but dak baeksuk is softer.
If you want to eat duck baeksuk, you have to order it an hour in advance.
But the porridge is much tastier than the meat.
The kimchi served as a side dish goes very well with it, so please try it.
It was too much for two people to eat, so I packed the porridge, but it was delicious even if I ate it after a day ^^
