★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 단지 숙성 막창이라고 초벌해서 나와서 조금맛 익혀도 바로 먹을수 있고 전 단지막창 2인에 갈매기살1인분 공기밥3개 된장찌게 하나 콜라 하나 시켜 먹었어요
막창도 맛있었고 막창 쏘스도
고추랑쪽파 썬거 넣어서 비벼 막창하고 먹으니 완전 맛있어요.
갈매기살도 도톰하니 부드럽고
맛있더라고요.
전 최고로 맛있었던건 된장찌게
였어요 왼간한 식당가서 된장찌게 먹으면 그냥 밥하고 떠먹는데
여기서는 막 밥에비벼서 먹었어요
그것도 한공기 먹고도 배는 부른데
자꾸 더 먹고파서 반공기 더 된장찌게만 넣고 비벼 먹었어요.
넘 맛있는 된장찌게 였씀 근데
그 된장찌게가 천원밖에 안함 ㅎ
그리고 반찬으로 나오는
봄동 같던데? 여튼 배추 무침
샐러드 식으로 무친건데
고기랑 막창이랑 같이 먹으니
깔끔하고 맛있더라구요.
티비 여러군대 방송도 됬더라고요
사람도 많아서 대기도 좀타시고 그러더라고요 다행이 전 2인이가서
딱 한자리 있어서 바로 먹을수 있었어요. 추천해요 대전 사시면

우선 막창은 두 가지가 있는데 화덕 막창과 생 막창.
화덕 막창은 구워져 나와 편하게 술 한잔 곁 들이며 즐기기 좋은 장점이 있으나 맛은 생막창이 더 좋다.( 개인적인 의견)
노릇노릇 맛있게 구워 동그랗게 자르지말고 아예 반으로 가르고 속까지 노릇하게 구워 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라 소스에 찍어 청양고추 하나 올려 먹으면 소주를 달게 만들지요~~^^
찿아 가신다면 꼭 그리 구워 드셔 보셔요!

They are always friendly and taste really good without smell.
First of all, there are two types of makchang: fire pit makchang and raw makchang.
Oven-deok makchang has the advantage of being baked and enjoyed comfortably with a glass of alcohol, but the taste is better than raw makchang. (Personal opinion)
Bake it to a golden yellow color. Do not cut it in rounds. Cut it in half and cook until it turns golden inside. Cut it into bite-size pieces. Dip it in the sauce and eat it with a cheongyang pepper to make the soju sweet~~^^
If you go there, be sure to try grilling it!
