★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 현지인 소개로 점심 식사차 방문. 제주은갈치탕 및 생태탕 전문점인데 갈치탕 주문 식사함. 양념된 육수에 고추가루를 풀고 국물에 갈치, 무, 양파, 대파를 듬뿍 넣어 자글자글 자작하게 끓여 내는데 칼칼하면서도 양파 때문인지 약간 단맛이 나는게 국물맛이 일품이었고 갈치도 살이 올라 아주 맛있었음. 전주에 오면 한번 들러보면 실망하지 않을 맛집임.
Visited for lunch with a local introduction. Jeju Eungalchitang and ecological bath specialty. Ordered galchitang. The seasoned broth is sprinkled with red pepper powder, and the broth is boiled with plenty of redtail, radish, onion, and green onion. This is a restaurant that will not disappoint if you visit Jeonju once.
