춘천빙상장만 있던 자리였다.
그곳의 허허벌판을 개발하여 프로축구대회를 치르는
종합운동장과 빙상장, 클라이밍장 그리고 풋살장,
호수가의 일반인 카누 체험 등 많은 놀거리 볼거리가
있는 곳이다.
특히, 빙상장은 숏트랙 스케이팅 전국대회가 개최되는 곳이다.
