★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래간만에 방문했는데 역시 맛집은 변함이 없네요.
직원분 친절하시고 음식 맛나고 테이블도 사회적거리 두기 실천하시고 별5개가 모자른 듯요.

물론 개인적 입맛이겠지만.. 부산에서 한곳만 가야한다면

코로나 이후엔 1년째 포장만 하고 있는데..
매장에서 바로 먹을때 만큼은 아니어서...아쉬워요.ㅠㅠ
언제쯤 맘편히..ㅠㅠ
물론 주차. 매장 청결도 여러부분에서 아쉬움도 있지만.. 많은 분들 지적하시는 직원 불친절은.. 저는 그다지.. 많이 살갑진 않더라도 나름 따뜻함이 있으신 분들인데.^^;
일단 맛으로는 강추~(다시한번..지극히 개인적 입맛.)

곁들인 찬도 씀씀하니 좋고 감자사리 꼭 드세요 양념이 모자라면 더 주시더라고요
The cod ponjjim is really delicious. The cod meat is generous and the seasoning is not irritating. Everyone loves it.
The side dishes are also good because they are used. Be sure to eat potato salad. If you don’t have enough seasoning, they give you more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맵지 않고 달큰한 아구찜을 좋아하는 입맛에 추천. 아구수육도 다른집보다 많이 씻어서 맹맛에 가까울정도로 극히 깔끔함. 삶은 애 특유의 진득하고 진한 감칠맛을 좋아하면 이집은 별로일수 있음. 고기손질 스타일을 보면 무른생선인데도 절단면이 깔끔하고 많이 씻는것을 보아 주인장이 깔끔스타일인듯.
덜맵고 달고 느끼하지 않은점이 이 집의 장점이며 한편으로는 호불호의 영역일수 있겠음. 주차장이 좁아 문콕테러를 당한 곳으로 주차장생각만 하면 별점 훅 빼고 싶음.
Recommended for those who like sweet and not spicy agu stew. Agussuyuk is also washed more than other restaurants, so it is very clean to the point that it is almost bitter. If you like the rich, rich umami characteristic of boiled children, this restaurant may not be for you. If you look at the meat handling style, even though the fish is soft, the cut surface is clean and washed a lot, so the owner seems to have a neat style.
The advantage of this house is that it is less spicy, sweet, and not greasy, and on the other hand, it may be an area of likes or dislikes. The parking lot is narrow, so I want to take out the star rating just thinking about the parking lot.

Unfriendly boss. Not greeted. Very unpleasant for not taking orders even when called. Mealing with unhygienic bare hands next to you. After cleaning the table, serving as it is. Worst hygiene. End.
