★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳은 송애집이지만 생애집입니다. 생의 첫집이라고 할만큼 요즘 맛보기 힘든 붕어를 재료로 합니다. 2021년 지금은 붕어찜집이 흔히 보기 어려워졌지만 이곳만큼은 붕어의 식감을 삼삼한 국물 베이스로하여 깔끔하고 조화롭게 최대한 끌어 올립니다. 여기에 적당히 넣어준 수제비는 부드럽기만하여 심심할 수 있는 붕어살 식감에 쫄깃한 식감을 더해서 입안이 재미있어지고 삼삼한 국물에 아쉬울수 있는데 진한 신김치같이 맛을 더해준 우거지가 3박자를 갖추게 해주니 행복합니다. 식사를 마치고 나오며 후식으로 식당 무료커피 한잔을 마시며 초평호를 바라보면 한끼 식사가 한끼 행복으로 마무리 됩니다. 이지역 사람이 아니라 3년만에 다시 찾았지만 그 맛은 변함이 없습니다. 진천을 지나게 되면 생각나게 하는 나의 밥집입니다.

Not a local person, I found it again after 3 years, but the taste remains the same. This is my restaurant that reminds me of Jincheon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 붕어찜 전문식당인데 맛집으로 소문난 곳이라 그런지 손님이 많네요. 1인당 한 마리씩이고 17000원. 붕어가 커서 먹을만하고 나중에 밥도 볶아먹으니 배도 좀 부르네요. 식성에 따라 호불호가 있을듯.

메기 매운탕 비릿내없이 가볍게 즐기가 좋습니다.
새뱅이랑 무가 들어가있어서 시원칼칼합니다. 그리고 깻잎향이 은은해 비릿함을 잡아주네요.
수제비도 양껏 있어 술 안주로는 훌륭합니다.
