오	오춘석 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장모님께서 집사람이라 같이 갔었는데 장모님 등이 아파서 물리 치료를 받으셨다고 합니다. 이하 내용은 집사람이 저에게 전한 말입니다. 일요일이여서 평소 일하던 간호사가 아니라 알바로 임시 근무하시는 분이라는데 치료 시간 5을 남기고 들어와서는 시간 다 됐다면서 뺀다는 말도 없이 치료하던 기구를 마구 빼 버려서 장모님께서 굉장히 놀랐다고 하십니다. 장모님께서 뭐냐고 물어 보시니 간호사 분이 시계를 가리키면서 시간 끝났다고 했답니다. 시간의 문제가 아니라 예고없이 치료 기구를 뺀 게 문젠데 말입니다. 지하에서 치료받았는데 3층까지 올라가서 의사에게 항의를 하고 싶은데 외국 출신이어서 한국말이 서툰 관계로 집사람이 대신 항의를 했고 사과를 받았습니. 그래서 다음 치료를 받으러 갔는데 일요일 알바는 한 명이어서 그런지 또 그 간호사를 만났고 그런 일이 있으니 당연히 퉁명스러울 걸 예상할 수 있습니다. 그런데 그 간호사는 예상을 웃돌았습니다. 어디 아파, 옷 올려서 아픈 곳 눌러 봐라고 반말을 한 겁니다. 장모님은 50대 중반이십니다. 젊은 간호사에게 반말을 들을 일을 한 것도 아닙니다. 외국인이서 그런 건지 가난해 보여서 그런지 모르겠지만 정말 싸가지 없는 행동이었습니다. 결국 2차 치료는 포기하고 의사에게 항의했지만 행정 처리하는 남자 간호사를 불러서 병원 진료시간 다 되어서 치료 받기도 어렵다고 환불하고 나가라고 했답니다. 환불한 금액도 1500원. 환불의 문제가 아니라 잘못한 행위에 대한 반성과 사과가 있어야 하는데 그런 게 전혀 없었습니다. 이런 병원은 소문내서 다른 사람들이 피해를 받지 않게 해야 할 것 같아서 리뷰를 남깁니다. 평소 일하던 간호사는 친절하시다고 합니다.
