N	NS P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수플레 먹으러간 곳. 폭신하지만 조금 무거워서 카스테라 같은 느낌이었어요. 시럽을 아예 따로 주심 취향껏 뿌려먹어도 좋을텐데 많이 달더라고요. My go to place for souffle. It was soft but a little heavy, so it felt like castella. You can sprinkle the syrup separately if you like, but it is very sweet.

Well... lol Arisong haha Is it cute and simple? Coffee smells good and tastes good... Pancakes aren't the kind of pancakes you normally think of. So soft and sweet It's delicious~~

가	가즈나이트 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수플레 맛집이라고 하기에 가 보았다. 입구에는 공터가 있어서 그냥 저냥 주차하기는 괜찮았다. 운전 못 하는 사람이면 불편 할지도... 자몽에이드는 나쁘지 않았다. 조금만 더 달달 했다면 좋았을지도? 수플레는 처음 먹어보니 부드럽고 맛이 나다가도... 달걀 껍질이 왜그리도 씹히는지ㅡㅡ 만들때 달걀 껍질 쫌 안 들어가게 만들기를 바랄뿐 복불복 게임도 아니고... I went there because it is said to be a soufflé restaurant. There is a vacant lot at the entrance, so it was okay to just park there. It might be inconvenient if you can't drive... The grapefruit ade wasn't bad. Would it have been better if it had been a little sweeter? The first time I tried souffle, it was soft and tasty... Why is the eggshell so chewy? I just hope that the eggshell doesn't go in when making it, but it's not a game of good luck...

The have heaters for the winter, but I think the bench area needs to be sealed because after 2 hrs it became a little cold and I had to keep standing near the heater. The banana souffle was good (sweet) and hot red bean milk tea was delicious...Wish they had a larger menu selection because the items tasty.

Besides waiting a long time, I think they were not properly/completely cooked. The flavor was ok, but the texture was a little weird.
