★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to try korean style noodles and sliced beef. Also the Guk bab (beef stew) is tasty. The side dishes, especially the ken ib ( beefsteak plant) is different as it is not salty when eaten without rice.

Kalgooksu, their noodle specialty, has robust flavors, especially the meat broth. The three side dishes pair perfectly with all the menu items. This is the original location, which is the best—must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wad told this restaurant got really popular after former president Kim Youngsam ate here. My favorite was Suyuk (shoulder or butt meat). Jeon (pan fried fish and liver) and noodle soup was ok.
