★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 씨월드 이용시 점심을 먹었습니다. 씨월드 바로 앞에 위치해 있고 갈비탕 깔끔하고 괜찮았다고 생각합니다. 주인분께 양해를 구하고 주차장도 이용해서 편했습니다.
I had lunch when using Sea World. It's located right in front of Sea World and I think it's nice and tidy. Thank you for your understanding and use the parking lot.

갈비탕에 주재료로 같비, 파, 당면이 들어가고 그 외 계란(지단)같은 다른 건더기는 없는데 육수를 맛보면 소갈비의 깊은 감칠맛이 느껴집니다. 육수의 향기는 표현하자면 소고기를 굽고 난 뒤 고기 위에 고여있는 고기 육수의 옅은 향과 같았습니다. 그만큼 육수를 깊게 우려냈다고 생각합니다. 소갈비는 총 4개 조각이 푸짐하게 들어간다. 2조각은 발라내기 좋은 갈비대 부분이고 2조각은 갈비 뿌리 부분입니다. 갈비대 부분을 발라서 큐브모양으로 잘라서 갈비탕에 넣어먹고 갈비 뿌리 부분은 큰 살코기를 잘라 미나리,상추 무침과 밥을 함께 싸먹으니 좋았습니다. 나머지 뼈에 붙은 살은 묽은 와사비 소스에 적셔서 먹기를 추천드립니다. 마지막으로 고기향이 깊은 만큼 상추,미나리 무침의 미나리 향이 입 안을 상쾌하게 해줘서 더 궁합이 맞았습니다.

The main ingredients of the rib soup include drapery, green onions, and vermicelli, and there are no other ingredients such as eggs (jidan), but if you taste the broth, you can feel the deep flavor of beef ribs. The scent of the broth was like the light aroma of the meat broth that was deposited on the meat after grilling beef. I think the broth was deeply brewed. A total of 4 pieces of beef ribs are plentiful. 2 pieces are the ribs that are good to apply, and 2 pieces are the roots of the ribs. It was good to apply the ribs and cut them into cubes, put them in the rib soup, and cut the large lean meat at the roots of the ribs and wrap them with parsley, lettuce and rice. It is recommended to soak the meat on the remaining bones in a thin wasabi sauce. Lastly, as the scent of meat is deep, the scent of parsley with lettuce and water parsley refreshes the mouth, making it more compatible.

I recommend the Suwon Wang Galbi restaurant that I stopped by while staying in Geoje Island for a few days.
Charcoal-grilled king ribs are great because they don't burn.
Bibimbap cold noodles.
It is a delicacy when eaten wrapped in cold noodles or wrapped in perilla leaves.
