★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 친절하신 직원들도 계시는데 안그러시는 분들도 계시네요. 번호표 뽑고 기다릴때 안친절하신분이 담당이 아니시면 좋겠다는 생각이 들정도입니다. 바쁘신거 이해하는데 한두분때문에 이회사가 평가절하될까 너무 아쉽습니다.
Some staff are friendly and some are not. When I took a numbered ticket and waited, I thought it would be better if the unkind person wasn't in charge. I understand that you are busy, but it is very unfortunate that this company might be devalued because of one or two people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Nikon had a problem that couldn't be fixed quickly, so I wanted to rent a replacement for my two-week trip. To do this, you need to give them your PASSPORT and a KOREAN phone NUMBER. (A D800 would have cost 330'000 won for 14 days.) Since I don't have a "resident registration number", i couldn't get a SIM with phone number (only data). Maybe it would have managed somehow with more time, but I had only a few hours to sort this out. Finally, I had to go on the trip without my camera. ?
i'm very disappointed at the lack of flexibility of this store. why not accept foreign numbers? (and why not offer the possibility of a deposit instead of taking away one's passport?)
