e	ejs S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기능코수술 했는데 수술 너무 만족합니다 비염때문에 숨쉬는것도 힘들었는데 수술하고 나니까 숨 쉬는것도 편하고 코모양도 맘에 들어요 직원분들도 친절했어요 사후관리도 이렇게 잘해주는곳 처음봐요 I had a functional nose surgery, but I am very satisfied with the surgery. It was difficult to breathe because of rhinitis, but after the surgery, it is easy to breathe and I like the shape of the nose. The staff are also friendly.

j	just ordinary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 타 병원들에서 제시하는 금액보다 더 높은 수술비를 요구하였음에도, 안내를 담당했던 실장이 거듭해서 약속들을 지키지 않거나 번복하였음에도 불구하고 인지도 하나 믿고 거액이 드는 수술을 결정하였습니다. 돈 다 받고 나서 그뿐이었을까요? 수술후 내원하는 기간동안 간호사들은 불친절하고 무관심하였고 실밥제거를 위해 원장님이랑 만날수 있다는 약속을 거듭 지키지 않았습니다. 원장님또한 예외는 아니었습니다. 수술부위에 멍이들었다고 하니 피부가 앎아서 그런거라고 하면서 건성으로 받아들었습니다. 오늘또한 실밥제거와 회복상태 점검을 위해 원장님께서 치료실로 저를 호출했으나, 간호사들은 저보고 나가라고 고함을 질렀고, 원장님은 그 장면을 방관만 하였습니다. 손이 아파서 더 얘기할려고 해도 못하겠네요. 이렇게 책임감 없는병원 처음본건 아니지만 방문을 고민하시는 분들께 절대 권하고 싶지않습니다. Instead of taking the time to answer my concerns, she rushed the consultation and answered my questions with a very condescending tone. I am not from the area so I was unaware of some of the procedures and wanted to be thorough. *NOTE: You do not even consult with the actual doctors you consult with the scheduler and they suggest what you need. This is not the case for other clinics in the vacinity such as DH plastic surgery clinic. The doctors here don’t seem to have time to meet every patient and put their emphasis on time, efficiency and productivity rather than putting their patients first. Unfortunately out of all the clinics I visited in Busan, this one felt most impersonal.... more so like a plastic surgery factory than a clinic
