홍	홍영구 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 성수동이 과거보다 많이 개발되어 오래간만에 가보니 알아보지 못할 정도임. 뚝섬역에서 내리면 예전에는 제화브랜드건물외에는 슬럼가 같은 거리였고, 성수역에서 내리면 소규모 공장들이 늘어서 있는 곳이었는데, 지금은 완전 바뀌었음. 뚝섬역 4번출구로 나와 육교처럼 생긴 출입구 연장로를 따라 내려와 3분정도 걸으면 SKV1타워가 나타남. 20층의 고층 사무실빌딩이고 1층이하로 상점,점포,식당등이 늘어서 있음. 예전의 제화거리 이미지는 없어지고 스타트업공간 및 중소기업들의 사무공간으로 탈바꿈함. 5분거리에 성수동 까페거리가 있어서 산책 및 즐길꺼리 공간으로 이용 추천 Seongsu-dong has been developed more than in the past, and it has been a long time since it has not been recognized.
