H	HARSHAA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아파트상가 모서리인데 4거리와 접해있어 주차가 애매함. 상가옆주차장은 불과8대정도인데 꽉차있어 동승자를 남겨놓은채 비상등켜놓고 방문함. 하프갤런과 파인트 사는데 30분 가량 걸림. 어린이날이라 손님이 많은것도 있었지만 가족이 운영하는것처럼 보이는데 효율이 떨어져 느림. 아이스크림푸느라 지치면 얼른 교대해줘야할거같은데 잘 안됨. It is at the corner of the apartment shopping street, but it is facing the 4th street, so parking is ambiguous. There are only 8 parking lots next to the shopping street, and they are full, leaving the passengers behind and turning on the emergency lights. It takes about 30 minutes to buy half gallons and pints. There were many customers because it was Children's Day, but it looks like it is run by a family, but the efficiency is low and it is slow. If you're tired of ice cream, you'll have to change it quickly, but it doesn't work.
김	김시내 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 배달이 밀리면 배달을 잠시 막던지 매장에서 기다리는 사람 들은 생각지 않고 , 아이스크림 하나 사러가서 순번 기다리며 1시간 기다려서 가져왔는데, 직원대처가 지금은 밀렸으니 사려면 완제품만 가능하다식으로 이야기 하는것은 고객 기준에 이해되지 않았던 부분이고, 마감이 10시반인데 9시50분부터는 밀린주문 때문에 신규손님을 못받는다고 하면서, 아이스크림 고객응대는 둘째치고, 마감 준비하는 것이 맞나 싶을정도 였네요. 시간외 근무는 매장에서 해결해야할 문제이고,영업시간 내 기다리고있는 손님이 많으면 구매고객 부터 신경써야 하는건 아닌지;; 박스 버리러 나가면서 주문 밀린 고객들은 그걸 보고 서 있자니 한숨만 나왔네요. 서비스 교육이 제대로 안 된것 같아 안타깝고,1시간씩 기다린시간도 너무 큰 허비를 했어요. 안 사먹으면 그만이지 하겠지만서도 여러사람들이 피해 보는것 같아 리뷰남깁니다. If the delivery was delayed, I didn't think about the people waiting at the store or blocking the delivery for a while, I went to buy an ice cream and waited for an hour to bring it in. It was not the part, and the deadline was 10:30, but from 9:50 onwards, they said that they would not be able to accept new customers due to delayed orders. Working overtime is a problem that the store has to solve, and if there are a lot of customers waiting during business hours, shouldn't the purchasers be concerned? Customers whose orders were delayed while they went out to throw away the box were just sighing when they saw it. It's a pity that the service training didn't seem right, and I wasted too much time waiting for an hour. If you don't buy it, you'll be fine, but I'm leaving a review because I think many people are avoiding it.
