★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한시간을.. 기다렸다.. 40분 밖에서 기다리고 20분 안에서 기다리고 물론 돈까스는 정말 부드럽고 바삭하고 소바도 조금 불었지만 맛있었다. 사진은 돈까스 메밀세트인데 좀 남을정도로 많은 양이다. 점심시간에는 11시반 전에 가야 앉을수있다. 가게 테이블이 적기도 하지만 요리하시는분이 느리다. 맛은 있지만 한시간을 기다릴 맛은 아님! 주말 휴무

The buckwheat soba is really crazy, or how does it taste like this? The pork cutlet is also delicious, but I think the buckwheat impact is so big that the pork cutlet taste will be covered

휴일 점심 이곳을 방문하였습니다. 30정도 기다린 후에 돈까스를 먹을수 있었습니다...
여러메뉴가 있지만 9500원인 돈까스+알밥 메뉴를 시켰습니다.
우선 돈까스는 고기가 너무 부드럽습니다.. 이게 소고기인가 싶을정도로.. 그리고 튀김반죽은 적당하여 좋았습니다.
일본식 돈까스처럼 투머치하지 않은 수준이더라구요.
알밥은 뚝배기에 뜨겁게 조리되어 나오는데 음.. 적당합니다.
전 돈까스가 너무 맛있어서 알밥은 평범하게 느껴지더라구요.
그리고 돈까스+모밀 메뉴도 있는데 모밀도 맛있다고 합니다.
개인적으로 담에 또오면 돈까스 단품메뉴만 시켜서 돈까스를 좀더 먹고 싶네요 그만큼 너무 훌륭해서..

There are several menus, but 9500 caused the pork cutlet + arbut menu.
First of all, the fried pork cutlet is so soft. I want this beef. And the fried dough is good.
It was like a Japanese pork cutlet.
Alabs are cooked in a pot and cooked well .. well.
I was so tasty that the pork cutlet feels plain.
I also have a pork cutlet + mushroom menu.
If I come back to the fence personally, I would like to have a pork cutlet menu and eat more pork cutlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돈까스가 정말 부드럽다. 많은 노력이 보이고 구성 또한 셀러드2개 깍두기, 장국으로 8.0가격이다.
다만 소스는 상당히 아쉽다. 소스까지 완벽하다면 8.0이 아깝지 않지만 너무 담백하고 맛의 특징이 없다.
차라리 먹지 않는 무침을 빼고 다른것 퀄리티를 높이면 어떨까 싶다.
대기는 11시 25분 기준 30분 대기가 예상된다. 10시 50분 도착이면 대기없이 바로 주문이 가능하다.
긴 대기시간을 소요하면서 먹을거라면 1번정도. 그 이상은 아까우니 다른 곳을 찾는걸 추천.

I wonder if I can improve the quality of something else, except for the non-seasoned ones.
The atmosphere is expected to be at 30 minutes at 11:25. If you arrive at 10:50, you can order immediately without waiting.
If you're going to eat with a long waiting time, it's about one. It's a waste of more than that, so I recommend finding another place.

부드러운 돈까스 고기, 그 외 투박한 집밥 같은 느낌! 평점 4.6은 너무 고평가인 것 같습니다.
- 다른 리뷰들만 봐도 어떤 느낌일지 대충 생각은 했어서, 별점이 높다고 기대를 크게 하지 않았는데도 불구하고 약간 실망스러운 부분이 있네요.

- 돈까스 고기가 부드럽다...?
근데 제 취향은 아닌 돈까스라 크게 인상적이지는 않았습니다. 약간 바싹 튀겨서 튀김옷도 맛있고 그런 느낌이 아니고, 고기를 오랜시간 수비드한 느낌...??
?아쉬웠던 점
- 부부가 운영하시는 것 같아요. 테이블은 한 6개 정도 되는데 두 분이 운영하시니 정말 정신이 없더라구요. 운영시간도 짧고 포장도 안되니 가게에 사람이 정말 많이 몰려있어요. 게다가 가족 단위 고객도 많아서(미취학 아동들도 많아요) 정신이 없어요. 음식 나오는 시간도 굉장히 오래 걸리고(저는 한 30분 걸린듯) 테이블 치우기 주문받기 등등 모두 다 오래 걸려요. 그리고 일이 많으셔서 그런지 기본적으로 짜증이 나있으신거 같아요.
- 온메밀은 그냥 우동 같아요. 맛이 없어요. 면이랑 국물이 둘다 별로입니다ㅜㅜ
- 좀 충격이었던 건 알밥인데 보통 기대하는 알밥이랑 다르게 밍밍한 오이비빔밥 느낌이에요. 밥에 물이 많아요ㅜㅜ 돌솥에 나와서 누룽지처럼 만들어 먹으려고 오래 두었는데도 밥에서 바삭한 느낌이 안나요. 맛이 별로 없어요...
- 가격도 그렇게 저렴하지 않아요. 평점이 왜 이렇게 높은지ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아쉽네요... 많이 남겼어요.

Soft pork cutlet meat, and other crude home-cooked feelings! The 4.6 rating seems too high.
-I thought about how it would feel just by looking at the other reviews, so even though I didn't expect high ratings, there are some disappointing parts.

-The pork cutlet meat is soft...?
But it wasn't very impressive because it wasn't my taste. It's a bit deep fried, so the tempura is delicious and it doesn't feel like that, and the meat is sous vide for a long time...??
?Regrettable
-I think it's run by a couple. There are about 6 tables, but the two of them run it, so it was really crazy. The operating hours are short and there is no packaging, so there are a lot of people in the store. In addition, I have a lot of family customers (and many preschoolers), so I'm freaking out. It takes a very long time to get the food out (as if it took me about 30 minutes), and it takes a long time to get the order to clear the table and so on. And I think you're basically annoyed because you have a lot of work.
-Onbuckwheat is just like udon. It doesn't taste good. Both noodles and broth are not good.
-The one that was a little shocked was the egg rice, but it feels like a bit of a cucumber bibimbap different from the regular rice rice. There is a lot of water in the rice. It doesn't taste much...
-The price isn't that cheap either. Why is the rating so high?
