웨이트는 기구.. 종류.. 디스크.. 바벨무게.. 이루 헤아릴수 없이 최악입니다.
가장 무거운 덤벨이 20kg 한개..
스미스머신 디스크는 20 .. 15.. 10.. 5.. 2.5 kg 두개 씩..
뭐 말 다함.. ㅜㅡ..
