★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 딱 보면 맛있는 식재료에 좋은 김밥일것 같은 느낌으로 김밥을 포장했는데 아주머니가 깁밥 말다가 그손그대로 천원짜리 새서 거스름돈 주는것 보고 여기는 아니다를 느꼈음~~김밥을 말다가 거스름돈 주려고 하면 적어도 장갑은 벗어야지요.
위생 불량
At first glance, I wrapped the gimbap with the feeling that it would be a good kimbap for delicious ingredients, but when I saw her hand giving a change of 1,000 won while rolling it, I felt I wasn't here~~If you try to give change after rolling the gimbap, at least take off your gloves.

짜지 않고 나름 조화로운 맛(10달 전)에서 최근 한걸음 후퇴했으나 분식으로 치부하기엔 퀄리티가 있다.
밥도 안 짜고 내용물도 나름 조화롭지만 우엉 등 짭짤함이 높아지고 있다. 야채김밥에 야채 풋맛이 별로 안 느껴진다.
다만... 사먹는 김밥은 까다로운 입맛을 만족시키진 못한다.
It is said to be one of the three major gimbap in Apgujeong.
It has recently taken a step back from its non-salty and harmonious taste (10 months ago), but the quality is too high to be dismissed as a snack.
The rice is not salty and the contents are quite harmonious, but the saltiness such as burdock is increasing. The vegetable kimbap doesn't taste very fresh.
However... the kimbap you buy doesn't satisfy your picky taste.

솔직히 먹고 진짜 깜짝놀랬음
밥두께가 얇고 토핑이 푸짐하며
스팸김밥은 김치가 들어가서인지 예상했던맛이 아니었는데 어떻게 만들지 고민을 많이한 맛이라고 받아들여짐
반찬도 만들어서 파시기 때문에 기본기가 탄탄하다는 느낌을 받았으며
사장님 부부가 건강하고 맛있는 김밥을 만드려고 스스로 노력하는것 같음
가격은 좀 있지만 그럼에도 재방문할것같고
거기서 직접담근걸로 보이는 식혜도 존맛임

I was honestly surprised to eat it
The rice is thin and the topping is plentiful
Spam gimbap was not the expected taste due to the kimchi in it, but it is accepted that it is a taste with a lot of thoughts on how to make it.
I also made and sold side dishes, so I felt that the basics were solid.
It seems that the boss and his wife are trying to make healthy and delicious kimbap by themselves.
There is a little price, but I think I will visit again
Sikhye, which seems to have been directly dipped there, is also a respectable taste.

Very fresh ingredients
Not that much rice; plenty of meat and egg
No disgusting ham or fake crab meat
The quality of the meat (sauces) seems high and the seasoning not artificial
Great egg quality as well
One of the best kimbab vendors in Seoul.
I am fine with the limited selection (only 5? kimbab-type options) though others may want a more-diverse menu. Limited selection = constant fresh output.
