평면계획설계가 아주 잘되어있어 서비스 면적이 많아서 인지 내부가 75M2타입이 다른84M2 아파트크기 정도내요.
5,000여평이 넘는 땅에 달랑 3개 동만 있어 각세대에서 내다보는 전망도 탁트여 있어 너무 시원 하네요!
집도 넓고 아파트 단지도 넓직 하니 모든게 넓어서 가슴이 탁! 트입니다.
자재도 고급 재질이고 천정형 에어컨이 기본. 스마트폰으로 보일러랑,조명제어. 가스차단등 원격조절까지 되는 아파트.GOOD APT^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신축이고 같은 평수의 서울 아파트보다 훨씬 넓더군요. 이 근처에 살아야 한다면 여기 살고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ
It is a new construction and is much more spacious than a Seoul apartment of the same pyeong. If I have to live around here, I want to live here haha
