전	전우식 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 충남에서 제일 높다는 서대산 계곡아래에 위치한 황금산 송어 회집은 위치만큼이나 나름 정취를 민들려고 노력한 흔적이 보인다. 야외 라이브장을 만들어 쉼터를 만든다든지 식사후 서대산을 조망할 수 있도록 공간도 꾸미려고 한 것 같다. 메뉴는 송어회 함께 내는 탕이 있고 메기탕이 있는데 겨울에는 송어회보다 메기탕이 더 주문하지 않을가 하는데 우리가 먹은 송어회는 정갈하고 신선한 느낌이다. 송어를 강원도에서 직송하여 취급한다고 하는데 충청도에서 사육한 송어보다 육질이 좋아서란다. 규모가 크지 않은 회집에서 강원도에서 직송한다는 말이 믿기지 않아 그럴 수 있냐고 질문하니 금산에 중간 공급처를 통해 취급한다는 군요. 그런 노력 덕분인지 자칫 흐물거리는 맛이 아니라 졸깃 졸깃한 맛이 일품이더군요. 송어회를 좋아하는 사람에게는 권해 볼만한 맛이었읍니다. 반찬도 정갈하고 주인이 직접 조리하는 솜씨도 돋보였읍니다. Located at the bottom of the Seodaesan valley, which is said to be the highest in Chungnam, there are traces of efforts to bring out its own atmosphere as well as its location. It seems that they tried to create an outdoor live field to create a shelter, or to decorate the space so that they could view Seodaesan Mountain after a meal. On the menu, there is a soup served with trout sashimi and catfish soup, but in winter, we might order more catfish soup than trout sashimi, but the trout sashimi we ate is refreshing and fresh. It is said that trout is shipped directly from Gangwon-do, but it is because the quality of the meat is better than that of the trout raised in Chungcheong-do. When I asked if it could be because it was unbelievable that it would be sent directly from Gangwon-do at a small meeting, it said that it was handled through an intermediary supplier to Geumsan. Thanks to such efforts, it wasn't a sloppy taste, but a smooth taste. For those who like trout sashimi, it was a good taste. The side dishes were also neat, and the master's hand-cooking skills were outstanding.
