제육볶음이 다소 뻣뻣하고 달달한게 아쉬움

상차림 밑에 비닐로 되어있어서 상에 위생 걱정은 없고
물통 매일 깨끗하게 세척을 했는지 끈적임이나 물때 현상이 없습니다.
컵이나 젓가락 수저도 역시 고춧가루나 이물질 묻음 흔적 없이 괜찮았습니다.
● 상차림과 맛
가격 대비 상차림 구상 아주 좋습니다.
반찬이나 메인 재료들이 국내산이라 그런지 좋고
쌈 채소들이 씽씽한 느낌이 듭니다.
갓딴 채소마냥 살아있는 느낌을 받았습니다.
또한 제육볶음도 맛이 아주 훌륭해요.
보통 식당에서는 제육 볶음이 돼지기름을 그대로 둬서 느끼하거나 고기냄새가 나기 마련인데. 여기 제육볶음은 담백하고 제육 소스가 좋고 느끼함은 없었습니다.
쌈 채소들도 다양해서 좋았고 동그랑땡도 맛이 괜찮았어요.
된장우럭은 공장된장이 아니라 집된장 느낌이라서 된장의 장점을 잘 살려냈고 우럭도 괜찮았어요.
저 우럭 비린내나서 잘 못는데 정신 없이 먹었어요.
● 백종원 골목식당에 나오면 극찬할 집
제가 백종원 골목식당에 나온 집과 3대 천왕집을 다 다녀봤는데 솔직히 별로인 곳들이 많았습니다.
근데 여기는 백종원이 맛집이다 따봉 올렸던 집들보다 더 맛있습니다. 백종원씨가 먹으러 오면 반할 집 같습니다.
● Hygiene

The water container is cleaned every day and there is no stickiness or scale.
The cups and chopsticks cutlery were also fine with no red pepper powder or traces of foreign matter.
● Table setting and taste
It is very good for the idea of price-to-value.
Side dishes and main ingredients are made in Korea
The ssam vegetables feel fresh.
It felt like a fresh vegetable.
Also, Jeyuk-bokkeum is very tasty.
In ordinary restaurants, stir-fried meat leaves the pork oil as it is or feels meaty. Here, the pork stir-fry is light and the meat sauce is good and there is no feeling.
The ssam vegetables were good as well, and the meatballs tasted good.
The miso wu luck is not a factory miso, but it feels like a miso.
I was so fishy that I couldn't sleep, but I ate it.
● A house that will be highly praised when you come to Baek Jong-won Alley Restaurant
I went to the house in Baek Jong-won Alley Restaurant and the 3rd Cheonwang House, but honestly, there were many places that were not good.
But Baek Jong-won is a good place to eat. It seems like a house where Baek Jong-won will fall in love when he comes to eat.

고기를 추가할수도있지만 우렁쌈밥을 인원수끼리만 시켜도 적당해요
