The main choice ends up being between a sushi or sashimi option.
A wide variety and mix of flavours, but still a light and balanced meal that doesn't leave you bloated.
The lunch course is very similar to the dinner course but slightly cheaper.
Be warned, it is a very popular restaurant, and booking ahead is standard, walk-ins rarely get a seat. The restaurant opens at 12, but staff start the day and accept booking calls from 9am.
