★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주차장이 너무 작아서 아침 9시경 가도 주차불가입니다. ㅠㅠ 정말 너무 불편한거 딱 하나가 주차장이에요.
The parking lot is so small that it is impossible to park even if you go around 9 am. ㅠㅠ The only thing that is really inconvenient is the parking lot.

홍천교육지원청 옆에 붙어있다.
둘 다 최고의 도서, 공부시설을 갖추고 있으며
어린이를 위한 공간배려도 매우 충실히 자리잡고 있다.
연봉도서관은 어린이,일반,공부 시설이 층별로 조화를 이루고 있고
교육도서관도 비슷하지만 공부하러 온 사람들을 위한 공간이 조금 더 많다.
교육도서관은 햇살이 드는 창가에서 책을 읽을 수 있게 책상이 위치하고 있으며 토의나 단체학습을 위한 공간도 구비되어 있다. 물론 엘리베이터도 있고 층별마다 화장실도 존재하고 2층 카운터에는 휴대전화 충전코너도 있다.
단점을 거의 찾기 어렵다.
굳이 언급하자면 3층 열람실의 문들이 여닫을때마다 소리가 작지 않아
공부 흐름에 방해가 될 것 같은 우려가 든다. 옆으로 미는 구조로 설계한다면 조금 더 조용하게 여닫을 수 있지 않을까 싶다.
주말이나 휴일마다 오고싶어지는 좋은 환경의 도서관이다.
위치도 홍천읍에서 유동인구가 많은 지역이라 좋다.
Together with the Yeonbong Library, I think it is the two-top best library in Hongcheon-gun.
It is attached next to the Hongcheon Education Support Office.
Both have the best books and study facilities,
Space consideration for children is also very faithfully established.
In the Yeonbong Library, children, general and study facilities are in harmony by floor.
The educational library is similar, but has a little more space for those who come to study.
The education library has a desk where you can read books by the sunny window, and there is also a space for discussion and group study. Of course, there are elevators, toilets on each floor, and cell phone charging corners at the counter on the second floor.
It is hard to find the shortcomings.
To mention, the sound is not low every time the doors of the reading room on the 3rd floor are opened or closed.
I am concerned that it will interfere with my study flow. If it is designed with a structure that pushes to the side, it would be possible to open and close a little more quietly.
It is a library with a good environment where you want to come every weekend or holiday.
The location is also good because there is a large floating population in Hongcheon-eup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 깔끔한 도서관!! 고양시에서도 도서관에 주말마다 방문했는데, 홍천에서도 주말마다 방문 중. 대도시보다는 작은 규모지만 알찬 도서목록! ^^ 3년 전 리모델링으로 깔끔해짐! ^^
Neat library! I visited the library every weekend in Goyang, and I am visiting every weekend in Hongcheon. It's smaller than a big city, but a good book list! ^^ Cleaned up with remodeling 3 years ago! ^^
