★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매장이 깔끔하며 친절하심. 장아찌와 김치종류로 밑반찬을 주는데 맛있어요. 숯불로 구워먹는데 정말 화력좋은숯을 사용해줘서 감동입니다. 닭이 신선하고 양념이 맛있어요. 맛은 보통.중간.매운맛이있는데 전 매운맛을 먹는데 은근하게 맵고 맛있어요. 마지막엔 죽도 주시는데 순천에서 먹는 닭구이랑 비교하면 가격이며 구성이며 양,맛이 뛰어납니다.
그리고 가슴살을 얇게 펴주신것과 숯품질,석쇠크기등을보고 사장님의 정성과 철학을 느낄수있었어요. 뜯는재미를 느낄수있는 시간이었습니다.

주차장에 수십대의 차가 주차하고 있어서 놀랐으며, 현관에서 안내하는 분이 친절하게 룸으로 입장시켜서 주문을 하니 숯불과 구리선으로 만들어진 석쇠, 푸짐한 생닭을 양념(소스가 일품임), 그리고 각종 야채 등 밑반찬이 넉넉하게 나와서 놀랄 정도 였다.
4명이 실컷 먹고 51,500원이었다.
친절은 기본이고 달칼비 특유의 잡냄세가 전혀없는 달칼비의 지존이다.
