다행 면은 쫄깃한게 찰지고 괜찬아요.
The taste is just so
Milmyeon is a strong map of Busan. Sweet. Salty.
It is said that wheat noodles have to show characteristics.
Fortunately, the chewy noodles are chewy and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다른 부산 유명한 밀면집보다 상대적으로 육수간이 쎄지않습니다. 가게도 깔끔하고 음식도 깔끔합니다.
다 먹고 가게 길건너편 솥밭에서 잠깐쉬다가도 좋아요.
Compared to other famous milmyeon restaurants in Busan, the broth is relatively mild. The store is clean and the food is clean.
It's good to eat and rest for a while in the pot field across the street from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심시간이라 사람이 많았음. 물비빔을 먹었는데, 육수가 새콤한 맛 위주로 특이하게 맛있다고는 못느낌. 냉면의 고명은 양지로써 이 집의 특이점이라고 홍보하듯이 벽면에도 붙여져있는데 면과 함께 먹어보니 고기에서 느껴지는 단맛과 함께 나쁘지않았음. 내 입맛엔 국물자체가 새콤해서 식초는 넣지않고 겨자를 좀 많이 넣어먹었음.
It was lunch time and it was crowded. I ate the water bibim, but I didn't feel that the broth was particularly tasty, mainly because of the sour taste. The garnish for naengmyeon is yangji, which is posted on the wall as if to promote it as a unique feature of this house. For my taste, the broth itself was sour, so I didn't add vinegar, but added a bit of mustard.
