부	부산아빠 Busan Daddy 釜山爸爸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우와 제대로 된 스시다. 밥알이 살아있고 밥의 양념도 적당하다. 밥에 올리는 생선등은 신선하고 의외로 두툼하다. 그리고 생 와사비도 너무신선하다. 가격도 상당히 저렴한편 꼭 와서 하번 먹어보자. 아마 명지에서 신호동 그리고 용원까지의 스시집 중에서 최고인것 같다. 다만 12피스 짜리에 새우가 너무 많고 매장 내에 좌석이 8개이다. 주류주문 당연 가능하다. J	Joonyoung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 규모도 아담하고, 가격도 저렴하지만 맛만큼은 일류 초밥집 못지 않습니다. 강서구에서 제일 가는 초밥집이라 생각하고, 부산 전역에서도 이 집만큼 가성비 뛰어난 집은 없다 생각되네요. 1번 세트에 반우동까지 함께 먹으면 한끼 정말 든든합니다. 초밥도 맛있지만 우동도 참 맛있습니다. 면도 쫄깃하면서 육수도 짜지 않고 딱 적당해요. 매장 내부 공간이 협소하다보니깐 포장해서 들고 나가시는 손님들이 많은데 이동하는 시간에 따라 우동을 면과 육수 따로 담아주시기도 하는 등 세심한 배려도 돋보입니다. 최초 푸드트럭에서 시작한 걸로 알고 있는데, 지금은 아담한 사이즈의 식당이지만 머지않아 커다란 일류초밥집으로 변신할 것이 분명해 보이는 식당입니다. 그 때도 가격 올리지말고 지금처럼 착한 가격으로 맛난 초밥을 많은 사람들이 먹을 수 있게 해주신다면 좋겠어요!! ^^ 정말 강력추천하는 집입니다-!!!!!!
