★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전화 받으시는 아주머니는 왜 냅다 반말이세요? 제 어머니께서 점잖게 통화하시니까 아주 얕잡아 보셨나 봐요? 주문하려다가 기분 나빠서 취소한다는데도 끝까지 사과 한마디 없네요. 비가 오면 오는거지 그게 "얼마나 걸리나요?"라고 물어본 손님한테 "몰라~ 늦어. 비가 많이 와서."라고 반말할 이유가 된다고 생각하세요? 같지도 않은 동문서답 하지 마시고 그따위로 접객하지 마세요. 점주 되시는 분은 이런 서비스의식 떨어지는 사람 계속 일하게 두시면 장사에 악영향 미치니까 잘 생각해 보시길 바랍니다. 배달의민족 어플 리뷰는 직접결제 건만 가능하대서 직접 전화로 하기 전에 일단 여기다 평 남기고 갑니다. 20180826
