★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한줄평 - 신일 아파트 앞, 신곡1동 통일로의 트레이드 마크.
특징 - 신일아파트는 크게 두 곳으로 나뉜다. 하나마트 윗쪽과 스마트PC방 뒷쪽. 명칭은 신일 1차 2차로 나뉜다.
내부 - 친구의 초대로 갔던 아파트, 내부역시 정말 흔하디 흔한 한국형 아파트의 모습이다.
개인평 - 트레이드 마크가 될만한게 왠만한 상가와 가게가 이 아파트를 중심으로 뭉쳐있다. 예전에 엄청 부러웠지만 지금은 그곳에 살지 않아서 딱히 별 느낌없다.
