It is a quiet forest apartment. As a citizen, it is quiet and the air is pleasant because it is properly entered from the main street. It is located at the beginning of the picnic road in Autumn-dong Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 추둥공원 둘레길 중 소풍길 입구에 위치해 있어 숲세권이면서 의정부역이 가까운 편이에요. 자차로 6분정도이고요. 의정부역으로 가는 버스는 엄청 많아요. 도보로 가능한 역세권은 아니지만 GTX 의 혜택을 충분히 누릴 수 있는 아파트 단지라고 생각합니다.
It is located at the entrance of Sopung-gil among the Chudong Park Dulle-gil, so it is close to Uijeongbu Station while it is a forest area. It takes about 6 minutes by car. There are a lot of buses going to Uijeongbu Station. It is not a station area that can be walked, but I think it is an apartment complex that can fully enjoy the benefits of GTX.
