★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사업주입장에서 리뷰 하나하나가 얼마나 크게 작용할지 알고있어서 부정적인 리뷰는 잘 안남기는데..다른 분들도 아셔야 할 것 같아서 남깁니다.
오픈한지 얼마안되어 시설등은 깔끔한 편입니다.
결제, 상담 진행 해주셨던 분들이 무척 불친절하게 응대해주십니다. (첫 등록-상담시엔 친절하셨습니다)
필라테스 그룹 수업 예약이 매주 특정요일에 오픈되는데 원하는 시간대에 예약하는것이 생각보다 쉽진 않아보입니다.
(저는 몇주전 환불차 방문했었고 사유 말씀드리면서 환불 요청하였습니다. 환불 시 발생되는 위약금은 규정에 따른 것으로 아쉬워도 제 불찰이니 이에대한 불만은 없습니다
다만 등록시엔 친절하셨던 분들이 환불시엔 너무 다른 태도로 응대 해주셔서 무척 놀랬어요..)
 I know how big each review will work in the business incorporation, so I don't leave negative reviews very well.. I think other people should know so I leave it.
Since it has just opened, the facilities are neat.
The people who made payments and consultations respond very unkindly. (First registration-you were kind at the time of consultation)
Pilates group class reservations are open every week on a specific day, but it doesn't seem easier than you think to book at the time you want.
(I visited for a refund a few weeks ago and asked for a refund while telling the reason. The penalty incurred during the refund is in accordance with the regulations, and, unfortunately, it is unsatisfactory, so there are no complaints about this.
However, I was very surprised that the people who were kind at the time of registration responded with a very different attitude for refunds..)
