파는 식당으로 위치를 알고 찾아서 가지
않는다면 네비의 도움이 꼭 필요할듯!
이번에 갔을때 옻닭과 닭숯불구이를
먹었는데 옻에 민감한 체질 이라면
가게에 준비되어 있는 약을 미리 먹던지
아님 다른 메뉴를 선택 하는걸 추천!
옻닭을 이번에 처음으로 먹어봤는데
일반적인 백숙과 조금 다르게 건강한
혹은 몸에 좋은 음식을 먹는듯한
느낌으로 약초가 과하게 들어있지
않아 부담없이 맛있게 먹을수 있었고,
혹시라도 닭육수가 부족하다면 리필을
받을수 있으니 이또한 좋았음!
구이는 기본적으로 맛은 있으나 굽는
실력에 따라 맛이 천차만별 이기에
사람마다 호불호가 갈릴수 있을듯
개인적으로는 가만히 앉아서
떠 먹기만 하면되는 옺닭에 한표
그리고 이곳은 요리에 직접 키운 토종닭을
사용하기에 닭 사이즈가 어마어마 하다
보통 닭의 두 배에 가까운 사이즈로
백숙류보다 구이를 시켜보면 확연히
크기 차이를 알수 있음
마지막으로 닭죽은 따로 시켜야 먹을수
있는데 단돈 천원에 맛볼수 있음!
