직원분들 친절 하시구 서비스에서도 만족 합니다. 다만 임시로 있는 곳 이라 시설면에서는 딱필요한것만 있어요
The staff are friendly and the service is also satisfactory. However, since it is a temporary place, there are only things that are necessary in terms of facilities.

담당직원이 공감능력이 떨어지고 설명도 대충대충 함. 현대차 정직원들 다 이런가요? 세상은 치열하게 경쟁 중인데 현대 내부는 노조라는 온실 속에 경쟁력을 잃어가는 모습같다. 우리 동네 블루핸즈 직원들 퀄리티가 훨씬 낫다.
The staff in charge has poor empathy and the explanation is rough. Are all the full-time employees of Hyundai Motors like this? The world is competing fiercely, but the modern interior seems to be losing competitiveness in the greenhouse called labor unions. The quality of the Blue Hands staff in my neighborhood is much better.

직영센터답게 시스템화 되어 있고 친절하네요. 블루핸즈만 가다가 암걸리는 줄 알았는데 여긴 적극적인 문제 해결의 의지를 보여 좋았습니다. 다만 예약 후 입고까지 4개월이 걸린건 안비밀.
As a directly managed center, it is systematized and friendly. I thought I was getting cancer while only going to Blue Hands, but it was nice to see the will to solve problems actively here. However, it is a secret that it took 4 months from reservation to arrival.
