★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 외국 나가서 연락했을 때 제일 답답했음. 어째서 뭔가 물어보면 제대로 아는 사람이 하나 없나요. 해외라 국제 전화 걸면 요금이 부담스러운데 끊임없이 전화 돌리고.. 매번 다시 설명하고.. 간신히 연결된 윗선(?)은 고객 눈높이에서 설명해주는 게 아니라 '그런 것도 모르냐'는 듯한 거만한 태도. 그래도 한국 돌아와서 신용카드 만들까 싶어서 갔더니 상담태도도 별로.. 20대 때부터 우리은행이 주거래 은행이었는데 주거래 은행 바꿔버릴까 하는 생각이 다 들더군요. 예전 행원들이 그대로 있는지 모르겠지만 대고객서비스를 좀 더 잘 했으면 좋겠네요.
I was most frustrated when I went abroad and contacted me. Why don't you know one person when you ask something? Overseas calls to international calls are expensive, but I constantly turn the phone .. I repeat it every time .. The bare connection (?) Is not explained at the customer's eye level. But when I came back to Korea and wanted to make a credit card, I had a very bad attitude .. Since I was in my twenties, Woori Bank was the main bank. I don't know if the former staff members are still there, but I hope I can do better customer service.
