기름기를 좀더효과적으로 제거해주셨으면더좋았을듯해요
기름기가 고여있어서 비린맛이 받쳐요.

갈치조림 시켰는데 양많고 맛있었으나 살짝 비릿^^
담엔 생선구이도 시켜보고 싶네요.
