같은 메뉴가 어디에도 없는 지중해식 퓨젼 요리.
가격만 보면 비싸다고 느낄수 있으나..요리와 마주하면..과일 하나하나 야채하나하나 사장님의 정성과 노력을 느낄수 있는곳 정심# !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 회사 동료분들과 특별한 점심을 함께하고 싶어 정심을 예약했습니다. 처음 오픈할 때 마셨던 건강과 커피 본연의 맛을 찾아준 발아커피에서 부터 지중해 음식 하나히나를 손수 개발해 가며 흐믓해 하시던 그 모습을 함께 했던 떠라 쉐프님 음식 솜씨와 맛, 구수한 입담, 친절함은 동료들을 초대하는데 주저할 필요가 없었죠
드디어 점심식사!!!
한끼 식사라기 보다는 재료의 향연을 보는 듯 색감과 식감은 우리 눈과 입을 황홀하게 만들어 주었죠
함께한 모든 분들이 대만족한 흐믓한 점심이었습니다 정성드려 준비해 주신 쉐프님께 무한 감사할 따름이었죠

예약한 자리에 아기자기한 개인 접시와 함께 준비되어있던 테이블,
주인장님의 친절한 응대,
보기도 좋고 맛도 좋았던 정성스러운 식사까지
즐거운 점심 시간을 보내고 왔네요^^
주인장님이 즉석에서 바로 식사를 준비해주시고,
식전 음료 부터 직접 키우신 커피까지 내려서 제공해주시기에

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 팬입니다. 친구들 소개해줬는데 경기도 사는 친구도 여기 밥 먹으러 잠실까지 옴. 호불호 극명하게 갈릴 맛. 건강식, 집밥 싫어하고 강한맛 좋아하는분, 야채 싫어하는분은 안맞을겁니다. 어른들이 드셔도 좋아하실 맛이예요. 저희는 온가족이 좋아합니다.
예약 필수라 먹고싶을때 갑자기 가서 먹는게 불가능하다는 단점이 있으나 예약하면 전날 장을 보시고 다음날 요리해주시니 재료가 얼마나 신선할지는 말할 필요가없죠. 한끼 비용으로는 중간정도 비용이나 들어간 재료나 품 생각하면 저렴한 가격이라고 생각되는 수준. 여기 음료도 맛있는데 크림주스 추천합니다(주스 비주얼은..별론데 맛이 참좋아요). 밥도 음료도 어디가서 먹어볼 수 없는 맛이라 제발 오래오래 해주셨으면 좋겠다고 생각하는 맛집.

개인적으로 <와인삼겹> 요리를 좋아해서 제일 자주 먹는 편입니다. 최근에 먹어본 유부초밥, 쌀 떡볶이, 파스타 등 다 모두 너무 맛있었어요. 건강하고 아름답고 맛있는 음식을 먹으면서 행복한 시간 보내시길 바랍니다!
