5년이상 사용한 제품은 수리보다 구입하라고 합니다.
The service is not so good, I am disappointed because it seems that sales are more for the purpose of repairing the problem.
Products that have been used for more than 5 years are said to be purchased rather than repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전기밥솥 AS 받으러갔는데 접수받고 가라고함 20분정도 지나서 전화오길래 그럼 좀기다라고하지... 생각하고전화받았더니
고장 증상과 무관한 기판이니 뭐니하며 대략 20만원 정도 이야기함 더황당한건 기종이 오래되었고 사전에 왜 수리받지않았느냐식으로 이야기함.
고장이나야 수리받는거 아닌가?
그리고 열에의해 열림버튼이 녹아서 벌어진거라는데 애시당초 튼튼한재질로 만들었다면 그럴일없는거 아닌가 생각되는게.
결국은 새것 팔라고하는짓같음.
비싼건 아니지만 몇년 못쓰는 전기밥솥 사느니 그돈으로 가스레인지에 하는 압력 솥이 훨낫다고 생각됨
요즘 전자제품 재구매율 돌릴라고 너무 허접하게 만든다. 그 쓰레기들이 전부 재활용 될리도만무하고. 요즘은 일반 수리점도 없으니 수리받을때도없고. 서비스센터라는것들은 부품을 고치는게 아닌 여러부품이 들어있는 블록으로 교체하려고만하고, 쿠쿠 이제 안산다 절대...
I went to get an AS for the rice cooker, but I got the reception and told me to go. After about 20 minutes, I got a call, so I said wait a bit... I thought and answered the phone.
They talked about about 200,000 won on boards that have nothing to do with the symptoms of failure. What's even more embarrassing is that the model is old and why it wasn't repaired in advance.
Shouldn't it be repaired if it's broken?
And the opening button melted and opened due to the heat, but if it was made of a sturdy material in the first place, I don't think that would be the case.
In the end, it's like selling a new one.
It's not expensive, but I think a pressure cooker on a gas stove with that money is better than buying an electric rice cooker that can't be used for several years.
These days, they make it too lame to turn the repurchase rate of electronic products. It's unlikely that all of that garbage will be recycled. There are no general repair shops these days, so there is no time to get repairs. Service centers don't fix parts, they just try to replace them with blocks containing various parts, and Cuckoo doesn't buy anymore.

영수증을 줌

알수없어 아쉽다는 ..
