★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제가 가 본 빵집 중에서 제일 맛 있고 재료를 믿을 수 있는 곳입니다. 뚜쥬루도 좋은 곳인데, 차이는 쉬바앙은 주인 부부가 모두 전문가인데다가 직접 빵을 만들고 의식도 좋아서 좋은 재료를 신용합니다. 뚜쥬루는 좋은데 투자가 과해서 그런지 고가이고 직원들이 만들지요. 저는 프렌차이즈는 가능한한 안갑니다. 빵이 뭔지도 모르는 분들이 본부에서 온것을 파는곳은 아니가 해서요. 하여튼 쉬바앙은 작지만 너무 즣아서 저는 쌍용동 살지만 신부동까지 가서 사먹어요.

밀가루 못드시는 부모님도 호두롱은 속이 편하게 드세요.
하지만 나머지 디저트빵들은 다른 체인빵집에 비해 맛있진 않아요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사온 빵은 대체로 입에 맞아서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 시그니처인 호두롱도 맛있었고요. 호두과자보다 선물용으로 좋을 것 같다는 생각을 했습니다.
