★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수리 내용 알려주고 예약후 센터 들어갔는데~
입고하려고 대기중에
담당 A/S 직원이라며~하는말~
예약시간 늦어서 오늘 수리가 전혀 않된다는말뿐~
집으로 고고후~
그래 2주후에 똑같이 오후13시 예약후 A/S방문
똑같은 담당직원 오더니 하는말
오늘도 같은말만 되풀이 하고
한시간 말만 듣고있다가 답답해서
직원 교체 해달라 요구 했더니 성질내면서
그렇게 하라고 그냥 나가더라구여~~~. ...
10분후 (팀장급)장이 오더니 같은말 되풀이 하길래
오늘 차량을 놓고 갈테니 이상한말 그만 하시고
3일이든 일주일이 걸려도 놓고 수리 맏길테니
하고 그냥 불쾌해서 나와 버렸습니다
3일후 연락와서 수리 끝났다고~~~~ㅎㅎㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳에 대한 평점은 사실 없어요.. 사람마다 느낌이 다른곳입니다..서비스에 대한 상담직원들이 올드하시네요..마인드가 꼰대근성이 있어요..일단 NO부터입니다..어디서 교육을 받으신건지~~;;

담당하시는(그룹장님)분에 오랜경력에서 딱하니 찝어 수리해주시고
친절한상담도 잘해주시고
요즘 차량직영서비스센타 서비스 문제가 많네 차량이문제네 이슈가많은데
전 전부 다른 곳 얘기였어요
청주기아서비스센터에 이런 그룹장님께서 계시니 청주기아서비스센터에
모든 직원분들이 전부 친절 장인 같네요
전 차량에 문제가있으면 그분께 또 의뢰하고 싶을정도 였어요
성함을 몰라 아쉽긴하지만 정비명세서에는 정비책임자 분이 이진영님으로 되어있는데 그분 성함이 맞는지모르지만 직책이 그룹장님이라고 들었어요
다음에도 또 잘부탁드립니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 불친절..! 차만 팔면 배째란식의 기아서비스에 혀를 내두른다..이래서 국산차는 안사야지 하는생각이 든다..예약하고 오지않으면 기다리라는말이 우습다.
전조등 위치조절하는대 5분도 걸리지않는대 해줄생각자체가없다 직영점이 일반서비스센터보다 안좋다는말이 괜히 나온게 아닌가 보다..실망..국산친
