It's old, but it's neatly maintained and more spacious than anything else. It's a great place to play with children rather than toddlers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s closed to foreigners during the week but told to come back during the weekend. Rude and unwelcoming.
Lifts were slow and full we searched for the stairs the door was locked! Totally unacceptable with so many kids and no fire escape, one cannot imagine such a thing! Not recommended!
