It seems to be only packaging, and there is no service mindset. If you just like BBQ chicken, you should be satisfied with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 진짜 싸가지 없어요. 각종 이벤트 상품권 할 때 참여하는 것도 못 봤고 뭐만 물어보면 안 된다고 하고. 속살 같은 매뉴도 절대 안 팝니다. 고시촌에서 다른 지점 배달 안 된다고 배짱장사 하네요. 카카오맵 네이버지도 평 참고하시면 알 수 있을겁니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진짜 불친절. 주문이 밀렸으면 밀려서 조금 더 걸린다고 말이라도 해줄 수 있는거 아닌가. 5분 정도만 기다려달라는게 주문도 아직 안들어 가고 예상시간보다 20분은 더걸림
really unfriendly. If the order is delayed, can you tell me that it will take a little longer because it is pushed back? My order hasn't come in yet to wait for 5 minutes, and it took 20 minutes longer than expected.
