I understand that, but they don't even describe this policy on their web page nor did they tell me about this beforehand. They don't even send any reminder msgs either. I didn't show up once because I forgot about cancelling the appointment when I couldn't come. I apologized and said I would for sure come for this other appointment, but the barber didn't accept my apology and talked to me in a rude manner. He said they cannot accept appointments from me anymore and so I should use a different barber shop because of this one mistake that I had no intention for when I had never heard of the policy. And then, I went quiet thinking about what to do. He said, "hello?" once then hung up on me shortly.
머리 자르는 예약한 다음에 노 쇼한 손님들 예약은 더이상 받지 않는다는 정책이 있으신데 이해는 하지만 네이버 맵 같은 사이트에 기재되어 있지도 않으며 제게 사전에 이렇다고 말해 주지도 않았고 메시지로도 알려주지 않았습니다. 제가 예약을 한 후 사정이 있어서 못 가게 되었을 때 제 실수로 예약을 취소하는 걸 잊어버려서 그대로 지나갔는데 다음 번에 온라인으로 예약을 잡았을 때 제 예약을 취소하신 후 전화를 해주셨는데 제가 죄송하다고 했으나 받아주시지 않고 제가 일부러 실수한 것도 아니고 이 룰에 대해서 들은 바도 없는데 앞으론 예약 받을 수 없으니 다른 바버샵 이용하라고 차갑게 말씀하셨습니다. 그러고 나서 제가 어떻게 하면 좋을까 생각하느라 좀 조용했더니 "여보세요?" 한번 하시더니 제가 대답하는중에 끊으셨습니다.

There is a policy that we no longer accept reservations for no-show guests after making a haircut reservation, but I understand it, but it is not listed on a site like Naver Map, nor did you tell me this in advance, nor did you inform me in a message. After I made a reservation, when I couldn't go there due to circumstances, I forgot to cancel my reservation by mistake, so I went by. The next time I made a reservation online, I canceled my reservation and called. I was sorry, but please accept it. I didn't make a mistake on purpose, and I didn't hear about this rule, but I couldn't get a reservation in the future, so he coldly told me to use another barber shop. Then I was a little quiet thinking about what to do, and I said, "Hello?" He did it once and quit while I was answering.
