앉아있는데 간호쌤이 어디 안좋은지 물어봐주시고 하셔서 되게 친절하다 생각하고선 진료 들어갔는데 완전 친절~
약만 타먹으려고 간건데 기분 좋아져서 왔어요!! 왜 사람 많은지 이해 되네요!! 오늘 감사했슴다~
I went in front of my house because I was not feeling well, but there were many patients.
I was sitting and asked where the nursing teacher wasn't good, so I thought I was very kind, so I went to the treatment
I just went to take the medicine, but I came because I felt better!! I understand why there are so many people!! Thank you for today~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (리뷰 남긴 후에 병원한테 제 개인 전화번호로 "의사가 한 얘기의 일부밖에 안썼다, 왜 그렇게 썼냐라는 연락이 와서 리뷰내용 추가했습니다. 정말 별 하나조차 주기 아까운 곳임.)
2달 동안 역류성식도염으로 고생한 사람입니다. 다른 병원에서 치료 받다가 효과가 보이지 않고 몸이 약해지는 느낌이 계속 들어서 다른 의견 들으러 여기를 방문했는데 일단 제가 어떤 문제 때문에 갔는지 그리고 그때까지 2달 동안 어떤 과정과 치료를 겪었는지 설명하려고 했는데 "5분안에 다 말씀드릴게요" 했더니 그때 의사선생님이 처음 오는 환자한테 5분이 너무 길다고 빨리 문제 설명해달라 하셨어요 (그리고 얼마 안 지나고 또 내 말을 끊으심 -> 이때 바로 집에 갔어야했다ㅠ). 그래서 최대한 빨리 설명하고 내가 지금 느끼고 있는 증상들 말했는데 의사선생님이 더 자세한 (제가 간단하게 말한 것들 그 외의) 질문 하나도 없이 그게 모두 역류성식도염의 증상들이 맞다, 약 문제일 수 있다 이런 얘기밖에 안 하고 환자의(저의) 아픈 몸에 대해 궁금한 점이 없다는 듯이 증상 얘기가 그렇게 바로 끝났다. 문제가 어떻게 시작됐는지, 왜 2달이 지나도 증상들이 계속 심해지는지, 환자 식습관과 같은 역류성식도염에 관한 중요한 부분들에 대한 질문 1도 없었고요. 심지어 제가 상황을 설명하면서 최근에 복용하는 약이 바뀌었다고 했으나 의사가 그게 어떤 약들인지 물어보지도 않았다.
그 다음에 어디서 치료를 받았냐고 질문하셨는데 대답했더니 내가 원래 다녔던 병원이 여기보다 더 크니까 자기가 거기보다 더 해줄 수 있는 게 없다고 그저 다른 약이나 전에 받았던 같은 검사(내시경)밖에 해줄 수 없다고 얘기하셨다. 이해가는 말이지만 애초에 제가 거기에 간 이유는 약 때문이 아니라 병원 상관 없이 다른 의견, 다른 의사의 전문적인 진단을 듣고 싶어서였다고 말씀드렸거든요. 다른 사람 눈에는 그전에 보이지 않았던 문제점들이 새롭게 보일 수 있으니까요. 그랬더니 의사선생님이 만약에 역류성식도염말고 다른 문제가 의심된다면 여기말고 전병원보다 더 큰 병원 가보라고 하고 2분안에 진료 끝내셨어요.
선생님이 의도하신 게 아닐 수도 있지만 그런 말은 사실 누가 들어도 (특히 아침부터 진료 기다린 환자 입장에서는) 굉장히 이상한 말입니다. 작은 곳이라고 무조건 큰 병원보다 못하는 거였어요? ㅋㅋ 말도 안되죠. 환자랑 아무것도 해보지도 않으면서 벌써 다른 곳에 가보라고 추천하는 것은 추천뿐이라고 해도 환자 입장에서는 "나의 아픔" 혹은 환자의 문제에 관심이 없다는 걸로 보일 수밖에 없습니다.
"다른 약을 원한다면 줄 수 있다"가 아니라, 환자랑 충분히 대화를 나눈 다음에 최고의 치료 방법을 선택하는 게 맞다고 생각합니다. 그렇게 자기 실력을 스스로 낮게 평가하는것도 너무 어이 없었고 되게 무책임한 태도인 것 같았어요. 그래서 절대 가지마세요. 큰 병원만 다니자고요 ㅎㅎ
그리고 당연한 얘기지만 제발 저나 다른 리뷰 쓰신 횐자분들한테 개인전화로 연락하지마세요. 구글에 안나오는, 진료만을 위한 개인정보를 이런식으로 이용하는 것은 개인정보보호법 위반이고 바른 해결법이 아닙니다. 리뷰 내용이 오해의 소지가 있어 정정을 원하시면 댓글을 다는 등 구글 사이트 내에서 처리하는게 맞는겁니다.

Of course I cannot write every single word that was said during the appointment, but even if everything else had been mentioned I still think it was a bad, inhumane and unpleasant experience and do not recommend this place to anyone, especially after knowing that they come after whoever writes bad reviews. Creepy.
(After leaving a review, I received a call from the hospital saying, “I wrote only part of what the doctor said, why did I write it like that?” on my personal phone number, so I added the review.
A person who suffered from reflux esophagitis for 2 months. I was receiving treatment at another hospital, but it didn't seem to work and my body continued to feel weak, so I came here to hear other opinions. I'll tell you everything." At that time, the doctor asked the first patient to explain the problem quickly because 5 minutes was too long (and he stopped talking to me again after a while -> I should have gone home right away). So, I explained as soon as possible and told the symptoms I was feeling, but the doctor didn't ask any more detailed questions (other than the ones I briefly said). As if there were no questions about his (my) sick body, the discussion of the symptoms ended just like that. There wasn't even a single question about how the problem started, why the symptoms keep getting worse after 2 months, or the important aspects of GERD, such as the patient's diet. Even when I explained the situation, I said that the medicine I was taking had recently changed, but the doctor didn't even ask what kind of medicine it was.
Then, I asked where he received treatment, and when he answered, he said that the hospital I went to was bigger than this, so he couldn't do anything more than that. It is understandable, but I said that the reason I went there in the first place was not because of drugs, but because I wanted to hear different opinions and professional diagnoses from different doctors, regardless of the hospital. Problems that were previously invisible to other people's eyes can be seen in a new way. Then, the doctor told me to go to a bigger hospital, not here, if there was any other problem other than gastroesophageal reflux disease, and the treatment was completed within 2 minutes.
It may not be the teacher's intention, but in fact, it is a very strange word to anyone who hears it (especially from the perspective of a patient who has been waiting for treatment since morning). Wasn't it just that a small place was always inferior to a big hospital? It's unbelievable. Even if the recommendation to go somewhere else without doing anything with the patient is just a recommendation, it can only be seen as "my pain" or not interested in the patient's problems.
Rather than "I can give you another drug if you want," I think it's right to talk to the patient and then choose the best treatment method. It was too absurd to underestimate one's own abilities like that, and it seemed to be a very irresponsible attitude. So never go Let's only go to the big hospital haha
And, of course, please do not contact me or other reviewers by phone. Using personal information that does not appear on Google for medical treatment in this way is a violation of the Personal Information Protection Act and is not a correct solution. The content of the review is misleading, so if you want to correct it, it is correct to process it within the Google site, such as commenting.

I went to Yonsei Pyun Oriental Medicine Clinic for enteritis after a long time, and the nurse was very kind and I was very grateful that the doctor improved quickly with accurate treatment.
