엔진오일 교환하러 방문(08:30)했는데, 브레이트패드, 기어오일, 밋션오일 교체 권유 받았음(1시간20분, 73만원 예상)
블루핸즈라 믿고 권유받은대로 작업해달라고 하고(09:20) 한참 후에 작업 현황판에 예상 시간 11:00로 떴지만, 마무리까지 생각해서 나온 시간일거라고 생각하고 계속 대기.
11:10 작업 완료되었다고 작업현황판에 표시됐지만 감감 무소식. 안내데스크에서 임의로 상태값 변경하는거라는..해명
밋션오일 교체 이제 시작한다고 40~50분 더걸린다고 해서 작업 중단 요청함
방문한지 3시간만에 결국 작업 다 못하고 나옴.. "아~ 다음에 빨리 해드릴게~" 라는 무책임한 사장님 수습.. 글쎄 다음이 있을까요

I visited to replace the engine oil (08:30), but I was invited to replace the brake pad, gear oil, and mission oil (1 hour and 20 minutes, expected 730,000 won)
