K	KangSan Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 나는 시골이라고 하면 떠오르는 것들 중에서 '터미널', '농협' 이 있었는데 아니나 다를까 790번 버스에서 영흥도로 첫 발을 내 딛는 순간 터미널과 농협이 반갑게 맞이해주었다. 그리고 왼쪽 길을 따라 조금만 걸어 가면 이 곳이 시골이라는 것을 쐐기를 박는듯이 '시골집' 이 자리 잡고 있다. 바깥에서는 몰랐지만 안으로 들어가면 인삼향기 그윽한 시골집이 본래의 이름이고 메뉴도 조금은 다른데 알고보니 주인이 바뀐지 얼마되지 않았고 그러면서 인삼을 이용한 메뉴를 선보였다고 한다. 그에 맞게 인삼 돼지양념갈비, 인삼 삼겹살 그리고 인삼 갈비탕을 팔고 있다. 벽에는 인삼의 유래와 효능이 적혀있어 재미 뿐만 아니라 심리적으로도 건강한 음식을 먹는 기분이 들게 하여 인삼을 그다지 좋아하지 않는 나도 거리낌이 없었다. 사실 심리적인 요인 뿐만 아니라 인삼과 함께 나오는 조청 덕분에 매우 달게 느껴져 아이들도 거리낌 없이 과자처럼 먹을 수 있을 것 같다. 하지만, 너무 맛있다고 초반에 다 먹지는 말아야 한다. 나중에 갈비, 삼겹살과 함께 싸먹으면 또 다른 입맛을 즐길 수 있기 때문이다. 보는 재미 먹는 재미는 인삼에서 끝이나지 않는다. 숯불이 채 달아 오르기도 전에 한상 깔려버리는 산해진미가 지루할 틈을 주지 않아 언제 그랬냐는듯 숯불은 달아 올라있고, 고기마저 익어있을 것이다. 갈비는 직접 방문하여 맛보는 것을 추천한다.
