They can get away with slightly high prices for average food because it's kind of exotic in Korea. Everything tasted like it came from a can. I could have cooked a better meal at home.

The ambiance is good. We ordered 3 dishes and it came out fast and the pasta was really good. Im not a fan of the customers going to the counter to place thier order though but maybe that is thier theme. It was a good dining experience otherwise.

Amazing food that reminded me of my time in Louisiana

The food is what it is. They advertise it as American food. I'd say, while there are definitely elements of "American" food there, it is a bit of a misrepresentation. The food is very greasy. But, I think this is what they are going for. The service is good. Staff is polite.

American soul food

Complacency is the devil here. It makes me upset because the food is pretty decent here, but the service destroys anything good about the place. From the moment we walked in to when we walked out, the service was so appalling that it left me speechless. We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and we could already tell that we were unwelcome. The hostess was in such a rush to get rid of us, and the waitress never explained that the restaurant was self-serve (just pointed me to the water and utensils bar without even saying anything when I asked after we received our food), threw down the dishes at us, and was nowhere to be seen after. I understand that people want to go home, but it’s no excuse to treat paying customers like bugs. While the flavors were okay, the food was lukewarm—clearly showing that the complacency extends to the kitchen. On top of everything, the hostess was on a personal call for over 10 minutes, barely looking at people who entered. Just because it was past last order didn’t mean she was done for the night. She even missed a couple who walked in without her noticing and sat down, only to be escorted out when the hostess realized they walked in. The place will never go out of business because of its prime location. They can continue to treat customers like trash, and more people will keep coming. But the restaurant owner needs to take charge and make sure service is at least brought to the most basic standard—waiters/kitchen staff that don’t want to be there should just stay home.

Seems like they're going for the home-cooked American food feels; thereabouts. Food was pretty tasty but so sinful -- even the cheese fries had syrup at the bottom so it was cheesy and sweet and addictive :x The potato chips that came with the chicken were cooked to perfection ♡ -- (or I could just be potato-obsessed). Good place for groups :)
