★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여사장 접객마인드가 ... 처음 개업하고 안그러던 양반이 예전에 이장사로 돈좀 벌었다고 본인이 얘기하드만 어깨에 힘들어가셨나 고추 끄트머리 남겨서 먹는다고 손님한테 시비걸고 무안주면서 인상쓰고 가르치려들고 항의하니까 안질려고 그러고.. 우리집도 음식장사 20년했었지만 그래본적 없고 이해도 안되고 그후로 내가 다른음식점갈때마다 서빙보시는 사장님한테 그 얘기 한번씩 꼭 하는데 다들 하는말이 안먹고 남기는 사람도 많은데 안먹은 사람한텐 뭐라안하고 끄트머리 조금 남기고 먹었다고 뭐라하는건 나간 고추 안먹었음 물에 한번 행궈서재활용하는집일거라고 하며 달라 말도 안했는데 남겨도 되니 먹으라고 고추 한 웅큼씩 줍디다. 부디 초심으로 돌아가시고 뼈도 예전엔 살 많았는데 마진높이려 싼거 쓰시나 요즘와서는 별로 없습디다.. 내가 그집 임대료나 인건비나가는 걸 모르니 뭐라하긴 그런데 손님 고마운줄 알고 직원 귀한줄 알고 돈아낄라고 인심 잃고 음식질 낮아지게 장사하지마세요.

갈비양도 많고..(삼겹살도 무한으로..)
밥도 맛있고..(언능 키핑..금방 바닦남)
간결한 소스지만 얏보면 안됨 ..맛있으니깐..
주말에 차나두고 부담없이 가족식사하기 딱 좋음..
꼭 차를 가져간다면..짜증은 본인몫으로..
