★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twin room has really good interior. Especially, beautiful view from window. Bedsheets and towels are clean. Tasty buffet for breakfast is an absolute advantage of this place.
The good bonus is two entry cards for each person in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a pretty good hotel to stay for tourist because this hotel’s location is near subway so you can go to other places easily. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. They serve many kind of food for breakfast, start from American breakfast, Vietnam food, bread, even they deserve Dim Sum and it’s all buffet. Had a great time staying here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to stay here after our previous room was a total bust. Beautiful practical room, with all the necessities and friendly staff.
Also I have to point out the receptionist who we asked to help us with a taxi and he took out his personal phone and called us a taxi AND when he could not get a hold of a free car he came out to the front of the hotel, helped us, waited with us and instructed the driver where to take us.
Completely in awe how nice it is here and the room service is also friendly and keeps our room stocked with water and clean cups.
I strongly recommend this hotel. Next time we are coming back we are booking a room here again surely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 위치도 좋구요, 객실은 크지 않지만 도심 한가운데 이 정도면 매우 적절하고 모든게 편리했습니다. 특히 침대 침구가 너무 편안해서 좋았습니다. Good location, the room that I booked is quite small thought it's fine considering its location. Bathroom and furniture are well designed to use conveniently. Especially beds and bedding are so comfy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the hotel is well appointed. There are thermostats in the room but the heating and cooling is controlled centrally (that is you only get a fan blowing air unless they engage the air conditioning or heating). We called to the front desk to turn on the cool air but it never got below 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. The breakfast buffet was good and the lounge cafe at night was reasonably priced. It's a decent location right next to downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. C.H. Shin and Ms. Kim, were very polite and generous. On checkout day, I did not speak Hangul nor had a SIM to order a taxi. They both spoke English and helped me booked a van to take me to my residence. They both walked me out and spoke to the driver to ensure that I would arrive safely to my destination.
