★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one sized bag. Massive. What a waste of paper and wood products. Food tasted good, small portions though. Yet another reason to have smaller to go bags.

The waitress is so kind and the burger is delicious.? (But it's a little small)
I recommend Salt Caramel Shake rather than Milk Shake (personally)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great juicy burgers and up to standard as with all other shake shacks! Couldn’t speak Korean but ordering was a breeze with the courteous staff. Nice place with many seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really not a fan of Shake Shack because it honestly tastes quite bland in the UK but decided to give it another shot in Korea. The staff were really pleasant and the service was fast. I got the chicken burger which was good but it just doesn't blow me away the way other chains do ☹️
However, good branch to opt for if you really enjoy Shake Shake, it's spacious and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good American style fast food burgers. The service is reasonably fast considering how large and busy this place is. Expensive for fast food burgers and fries but it is in the heart of Gangnam. Popular and often crowded even with a very large seating area on 2 floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine-casual burger place located between Shinnonhyeon St. and Gangnam St. Although its name is Shakeshack Gangnam, its nearer from Shinnonhyeon St with just 2 mins walk compared to 8 mins from Gangnam St. Tried their Chipotle burger which was very dry and hard to chew and swallow. However I love their milkshakes and concretes. Have no idea why an icecream is called concretes.
