★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 나무가 많아서 살기 좋았던 곳입니다. 현재 재개발 중이며, 2019년 쯤에 고덕 그라시움이라는 아파트로 탄생할 예정입니다. (하긴 30년 넘게 지났는데 재개발 안하는게 이상한 거임.)
 It was a good place to live because there were so many trees. It is currently under renovation and will be reborn as an apartment called Godeok Grasium by 2019. (It's been over 30 years, but it's strange to not redevelop.)
